That Sneaker Store does not offer refunds.
We also do not cancel orders. Once your order is placed online - it is final. If you require to change sizing or have miss spelled your contact details, please contact info@thatsneakerstore.com.au
We do not offer exchanges or any form of return on change of mind purchases.
That Sneaker Store is more than happy to assist in exchanges regarding incorrect sizing.

SNEAKER EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that every sneaker is different! If the pair you ordered isn’t the perfect fit and you meet the below exchange requirements, you are eligible for an exchange.
The cost of return shipping for exchanges and other returns is at the customer's expense – this is non-refundable.
Once your return is received, our quality control team will check and authenticate the sneaker, prior to issuing you with a credit note for the value of the item.
Please note: That Sneaker Store reserves the right to reject any items for exchange or return that do not meet the above requirements. If your exchange or return is rejected, you will be notified by email.
Exchange requirements
Items must be in their original condition.
This includes: all tags attached, the box in original condition with its original paper inside, the paper and packaging the item comes in, etc.
[ Think of the box as an extension of the shoes. We require all boxes to be returned in original condition with the shoes. ]
Sneakers scuff very easily on any hard surfaces, so we always recommend trying them on a softer surface - i.e. carpet - to help prevent any damage.
Please contact our customer care team to arrange an exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any exchange requests past 30 days of the item being delivered.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Any purchase made in December you will have till the end of Jan to exchange/return.
