We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia!
All orders are carefully packed and shipped with Australia Post.
We will provide you with a tracking number and delivery updates on your order will be sent to your email/phone number by Australia Post.
Standard shipping: Expected delivery is within 2-5 business days
Express shipping: Expected delivery within 1-3 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
That Sneaker Store uses AusPost or DHL for shipping to countries other than Australia.
International shipping via AusPost: $40
Delivery is expected to take between 8-20 business days. For an extra $10, you can add insurance to your package.
International shipping via DHL: $80
Delivery is expected to take between 4-8 business days (dependent upon the country of shipment).
Please Note: When international orders arrive in your country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures, which might create delays that exceed the initial delivery estimates.
As a result, delivery times provided by That Sneaker Store are merely estimates. On orders from outside Australia, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs and taxes. Only Australian taxes are included in our prices.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Please be aware that all orders placed with AusPost are eligible for shipment insurance from That Sneaker Store. This is an additional $10.
If you do not select shipping insurance during the checkout process and the courier loses or damages your shipment, you will NOT be insured or refunded.
